Plating coatings are effective for parts which require corrosion resistance and decorativeness. For example, chrome plating improves corrosion resistance and hardness, and the shinning outer appearance can be obtained by the glossy base plating.
We have applied an automatic machine (Auto) line which pratically stabilize productivity.
For aluminum materials, Electroless nickel (base plating) is applied and finishing by Chrome plating etc. on in one line.
After two years of setting up Thailand factory, new plating lines are added, considering the disadvantage of autoline which provide only one model, thus we add the Manual line.
In order to satisfy to customer's needs by multi-proposed design of this production line.
