As for international quality control standard, EZAKI acquired "IATF 16949", which is ISO9001 plus specific requirements for the automotive industry, moreover, an internal quality assurance system has also been established. By implementing "Successive Check Systems (SuCS)" in the production line to assure the quality in each process. Workpieces from previous production processes must verified quality control by the operator in the next process. Finally, the QC department carries out final inspections even after the completion of all processes.
